Our social studies tutors work year-round. We offer tutoring geared toward current programming as well as summer tutoring to help students catch up or work ahead on enrichment material. We offer online elementary social studies tutoring for kids as well as one-on-one instruction at our office.

We offer tutors for children for all elementary grades. At the elementary level, social studies helps to inform students about the world we live in. They gain an understanding of many different concepts that allow them to start to understand things like rights, freedoms, and geography.

How Can Tutors Help?
Having an elementary school social studies tutor work one on one with your child helps to support them in their learning. As well, we help them with building their self confidence. We start with an initial consultation to ensure that we clearly understand what areas your child needs help in, and ensure they are matched with a tutor that meets their learning needs. Many students at the K-6 range have problems with organization and study skills. We can also assist in those areas. There is some memorization that comes into the social studies curriculum, and many students can benefit learning how to memorize geography and facts.
